About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Health System Sales to lead and coach its existing health-system sales team, while also personally managing the largest and most strategic health system relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant net-new revenue, with a focus on both acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts. This role requires a true player-coach profile, with a proven track record of selling to multiple C-suite personas within a health system and fluency in both inpatient and ambulatory dynamics. The SVP will be expected to multi-thread strategic deals across the C-suite, build and pitch economic cases for managed DME programs, and identify opportunities for expansion within accounts. A builder's mindset and experience in SaaS and services sales, with a background in healthcare strategy or advisory consulting, are essential. Applicants for the SVP of Health System Sales position at the company should be adept at representing the organization at executive briefings, industry events, and with strategic partners. The role also involves close collaboration with the CRO, CEO, and CFO, and direct influence on the Product team regarding pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for the enterprise health system segment.
