Equity Underwriting Analyst for LIHTC & Affordable Housing

Boston Financial seeks an Equity Underwriting Analyst to support Originators and Equity Underwriters in affordable housing LIHTC investment deals in Massachusetts. You will model, analyze, perform due diligence, and assist with closing activities to maintain high deal quality and strong partnerships with developers, investors, and advisors. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in LIHTC or related finance, strong financial analysis, and excellent communication and Excel skills.
