Affordable Housing Leasing & Occupancy Specialist

Hebrew SeniorLife’s Center Communities of Brookline is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to join the Property Management team. You will assist with leasing, initial certifications, annual recertifications, and managing the waiting list in line with HUD, MassHousing and LIHTC guidelines. The role works with Facilities and staff to support residents, enforce lease terms, and uphold house rules. Strong customer service, organization, and computer skills (Yardi, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr HSL Payroll Services, Inc.
