Accounting Assistant

Healthy Home 365 is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant. This is an immediate opening and will need the right candidate to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time position starting at 40 hours per week. Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities Perform general office tasks including: data entry, filing, creating folders Prepare and accurately communicate various accounting reports in a timely manner. Perform other general accounting duties as assigned. Provide administrative support to the accounting department. Scan and file by vendor all completed payments. Mail accounts payable checks and accounts receivable. Assist Accounting department with special projects, scanning and data upkeep. Coordinate mail, Fed‑Ex/overnight packages, archive services, department calendar, office supply orders, coordination of special events. Qualifications Accounting coursework strongly preferred. Strong computer skills. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Must be proficient in Excel. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Quickbooks and other related accounting software. A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Please send resume for consideration.
