Shadow & Learn: Observe senior agent client calls from Zillow Flex leads and company-sourced prospects, buyer consultations, and negotiation strategy, then execute similar scenarios under mentor review. Execute Coached Activities: Apply scripts and techniques from training to your daily BrokerBoost-routed and Zillow Flex lead interactions, recording calls and submitting them for weekly coaching feedback.
