Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers. They drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product. As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise.

The salary range for this role is $12.25 to $13.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR (driving record).
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail/customer service experience.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
