Your adventure awaits! Patrick Industries is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner to support the assigned segment of Patrick Industries growing portfolio. Under the direction of the Director of HR, the HRBP will act a strategic partner to the leadership team and support all components of the HR function, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, succession planning, compliance, benefits etc. Responsibilities and Duties: Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Directors Translate business goals into HR priorities and people plans across multiple client groups simultaneously Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and recommend interventions Partner with leaders on org design, restructuring, and change management initiatives Drive performance management cycles, coaching managers on goal-setting, feedback, and calibration Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D on targeted development plans Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, escalating high-risk matters appropriately Ensure consistent application of policies across business units while adapting to local/functional nuances Partner with Legal/ER specialists on terminations, accommodations, and workplace investigations Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across all supported regions Act as the escalation point between business leaders and centralized COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll) Ensure SLAs from shared services teams meet business unit needs; flag service gaps Support standardizing processes across business units while balancing centralized efficiency with local flexibility Provide feedback to COEs to continuously improve shared service offerings Guide managers through merit cycles, promotions, and equity adjustments in partnership with Comp COE Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness as necessary Support annual compensation planning and budget processes Facilitate manager training on HR tools, policies, and people processes Partner cross-functionally on engagement survey action planning Support open enrollment, performance cycles, and other HR calendar events as necessary Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives that align with overall HR strategy Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred 7+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Manufacturing experience highly desired Strategic thought leader with proven ability to execute Demonstrated expertise in change management and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft ExcelHigh level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) Ability to work independently with ever-changing daily priorities Strong accountability and follow-through Align with Patrick Industries “BETTER Together” mentality by pursuing Balance, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Empowerment, and Respect within the organization At Patrick Industries, BETTER Together is our commitment to being our best while striving to bring out the best in one another as we join forces Individually, as Teams, with our Business Units, with our Customers, our Communities and within our entire Patrick family.
