Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a growing aerospace and defense organization developing advanced, mission-critical products and systems. This position will play a key role in the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems engineering within aerospace, defense, avionics, or other highly regulated environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, software, test, manufacturing, and program management teams. Job Details BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7–10 years of relevant engineering experience. Proven experience leading hardware architecture, design, and engineering, including hardware modifications, industrial design, and thermal management. Strong background in analog and digital electronics, CPU boards, RF interfaces, and embedded systems. 5+ years of hands-on analog/digital board development and embedded systems experience. Experience designing systems around high-performance processors, COM Express modules, GPUs, and I/O subsystems. Knowledge of interfaces and technologies including PCIe, 1G/10G Ethernet, SPI, I²C, flash memory, and clocking/synchronization systems.
