Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met. Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis. Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed their run rate goals. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Skills: Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail. Other Requirements: Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, MN or plan to relocate before starting. This role is primarily scheduled during assigned shift hours. From time to time, business needs may require work during evenings, weekends, or overtime periods to support production demands, peak workloads, or client commitments.
