Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment with a focus on team leadership and management
• Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Background in fine dining or hospitality settings preferred; experience with catering or banquet services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and regulatory compliance within the food industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, cost management, and shift scheduling effectively
