Build Your Own Book of Business — Without Starting Your Own Restoration Company We’re looking for an intrapreneur. An experienced restoration professional who knows how to estimate it, sell it and build it — but is beginning to wonder whether the traditional Project Manager model is limiting what they’re capable of creating. This is not simply a PM position with more responsibilities. It’s an opportunity for a business-minded restoration professional to gain greater control over the business they create — and greater financial participation in the results they produce. Think of it as building your own business within our business. You bring the construction knowledge, relationships, confidence, sales ability and drive. We provide the established restoration company, capital, systems, production resources, administrative support and existing opportunities. The Model Find it. Sell it. Estimate it. Build it. Collect it. You’ll develop relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers and other referral partners and turn those relationships into profitable restoration and reconstruction projects. You’ll own those projects from the initial opportunity through the final collected dollar. And unlike the traditional restoration PM compensation model, high performers have the opportunity to participate financially at a significantly greater level in the success they create. We Provide a Runway — Not a Safety Net You won’t start from zero. Our existing business, insurance relationships and TPA programs provide opportunities, particularly during ramp-up. But from Day 1, we expect you to hunt. Develop relationships. Pursue opportunities. Ask for business. Build your pipeline. The runway exists to accelerate you — not carry you. This Is Construction Restoration This isn’t a pure sales position, and it isn’t a job where you drive around directing traffic. You’ll inspect property losses, develop scopes and Xactimate estimates, negotiate with carriers, sell projects, manage subcontractors and trades, capture supplements, manage profitability, invoice the work and help collect the final funds. Depending upon the loss, that can also mean getting on a roof, entering an attic or crawl space, meeting an adjuster onsite or personally solving the problem that’s keeping your project from moving forward. You own the outcome. Who We’re Looking For We’re particularly interested in experienced: Restoration / Reconstruction Project Managers Construction Project Managers Insurance Restoration professionals Restoration sales professionals with strong construction knowledge Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers or other referral sources are a significant advantage. But experience alone isn’t enough. We’re looking for someone highly confident, competitive, persistent and resourceful — someone who believes they can create business rather than simply wait for it. Confident enough to bet on yourself. Humble enough to be coached. Maybe you’ve considered starting your own restoration company but don’t want the capital requirements, payroll, overhead, infrastructure, cash-flow exposure and risk that come with ownership.
