Project Manager

Join a well-established heavy civil contractor specializing in underground utility, water/wastewater, and infrastructure construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Lead multiple underground utility and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing safety, scheduling, financial performance, client relationships, and project execution. You'll work closely with field leadership, mentor Project Engineers, and play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil, underground utility, or civil infrastructure construction Strong knowledge of water, sewer, drainage, deep excavation, and trenchless construction Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, scheduling, and contract management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Primavera, Sage Timberline, HCSS, and Design-Build/CMAR experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity to manage challenging infrastructure projects, mentor future leaders, and continue growing your career with a respected heavy civil contractor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
