Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 including bonus PTO: 3 weeks Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week

Cart-Driver has been part of Denver's food community for over 12 years. We make Neapolitan sourdough pizza, handmade pasta, and fresh oysters, and we back it all up with a bar program we're genuinely proud of. We work closely with local farmers and purveyors because we care about where our food comes from and who grows it.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proven restaurant leader to join us as Assistant General Manager at our LoHi location, as we expand both our hours and our company. This is not a placeholder role. It is a clear pathway to a General Manager position as we expand along the Front Range. We are looking for someone who hospitality comes naturally to; who understands guest service and how to teach it; who can motivate and inspire a team while setting clear expectations and holding them accountable to them

What You Will Do

• Lead and inspire the floor team during service, setting the tone for warm, attentive, high-caliber hospitality every shift
• Hold the team to clear expectations and high standards, coaching in the moment and celebrating wins consistently
• Partner with the GM on scheduling, inventory, training, ordering, and operational systems
• Drive our bar program, innovating through recipe development and systems creation

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, upscale, or fine-casual environment
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams through accountability, coaching, and genuine care
• A hospitality-first mindset. You genuinely love making people feel welcome and you notice the details that matter
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to set and hold standards with kindness and clarity
• Ambition and readiness to grow. You are excited by the idea of running your own restaurant
• Familiarity with wine, oysters, and Italian cuisine is a plus. Passion to learn is a must
