Labor and Delivery Nurse – LDRPShift: Nights 18:45–07:15Contract Length: 13–26 weeksRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide couplet care for mothers and neonates in a LDRP setting.Perform external and internal fetal monitoring and recognize/treat abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.Conduct sterile vaginal and speculum exams to assess effacement, dilation, and station.Assist in circulating and supporting during Cesarean sections.Offer breastfeeding/lactation support and perform newborn assessments.Provide basic neonatal care, including thermoregulation and recognition of hypoglycemia.Compliance / NotesCall: Required — 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week scheduleWeekend requirement: Every other weekendOrientation: 32 hoursCity: BoliviaState: NCTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
