Blue Jay Dental has a client with an important need to fill in Chester, NJ. They are seeking a full-time dentist to join their reputable private practice. This solo office has been thriving, with many established patients, as the current associate is relocating for family reasons.

The practice requires a dentist with 5+ years of experience, a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, and a valid state license to practice. CPR certification is also required. Candidates should have proven experience in a dental practice, excellent communication skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Experience with placing and restoring implants is a plus. The owner is willing to mentor candidates interested in learning more advanced procedures.

The office operates with a mix of PPOs and fee-for-service, with no Medicaid or HMOs. It features state-of-the-art facilities and a long-tenured, collaborative staff, making for a supportive work environment. They prefer full-time commitment for four days a week, and they offer a very competitive daily rate and percentage of collections, along with health insurance, dental insurance, and a continuing education stipend. There is also potential for buy-in or partnership after 18 months for those interested.
