This role partners closely with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience while driving operational efficiency, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.As a successful candidate, you will:Lead and manage all administrative and clinical operations within a single outpatient clinicOversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staffPartner with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize patient flow and care deliveryDrive operational improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiencyEnsure compliance with OSHA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policiesMonitor workflow, productivity, and clinic performance metricsResolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and urgencyManage budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the clinicSupport strategic initiatives including growth, service enhancements, and operational excellenceFoster a collaborative, high-performing, patient-centered cultureQualificationsYour qualifications should include:High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting with leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of clinic operations, practice management, and regulatory standards (OSHA, managed care).Experience managing staff, budgets, and operational performanceExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and staffFamiliarity with EMR systems and healthcare billing/coding processesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesPassion for delivering exceptional patient care and team leadershipAdditional Information:Job Status: Full time, exemptSalary range $89,134- $138,157City of Hope employees’ pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, please CLICK HERE.Job Field: Community PracticeShift: Days
