Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thu: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity while helping to support authorized entry procedures, building rules, and tenant‑related requests in a professional manner. Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and property observations, and/or communicate notable conditions during shift transitions. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
