Nursing Assistant

Job TitleJob DescriptionAssist and provides activities of daily living for all patients in the section assigned.Assist in transports patients to and from other specialty clinics for testing and treatment.Help monitor the patient and alerting the care provider of any and all patient vital sign and cognition changes.Assist medical personnel by handling and preparing such items as needles, IV solutions and tubing's, sterile bandage supplies, gowns, mask, and gloves, procedure trays, to personnel responsible for use of these items.Aid the medical staff in resuscitation during any emergency crisis in any hospital location where assistance is needed.Perform daily calibrations and quality controls on all point of care laboratory equipment and record values as required.Perform point of care laboratory test at request of nursing personnel.Provide nursing support as the unit ward clerk.
