Customer Intake Specialist

To support the Customer Intake Department, the full-time Customer Intake Specialist will manage the processing of new orders, verify customer information, and communicate with clients and healthcare sources while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage queues for new orders, updates, and service cancellations Navigate healthcare portals to gather necessary information for order processing Handle daily communications via phone and email with customers and care managers Required qualifications Minimum associate degree in a healthcare-related field (preferred) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Ability to type at least 40 WPM Successful completion of a background check and FBI fingerprinting
