Front Office / Patient Coordinator
A Plus Dental in Roseville, CA, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Front Office / Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Monday/Wednesday 8am-5pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for all patients
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments effectively
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with care and efficiency
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and financial discussions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Educate patients on treatment plans and financial options
- Help support orthodontic scheduling and coordination when applicable
Qualifications
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, upbeat personality with a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
20.00-23.00/hour
