Behavior Technician - Daytime Hours Available!

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is seeking a skilled and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Eatontown, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records

• Conduct sessions in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community locations

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure therapy is effective and practical

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing ideas and expertise

Requirements:

• RBT certification preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs strongly preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized services
