Full-Time Behavior Therapist | Clinic

Position Summary Graham Behavior Services is looking for a full‑time Behavior Therapist to join our clinical team at our West Long Branch clinic. This Monday through Friday position runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. What You Will Do Deliver individualized, intensive ABA therapy sessions according to each client’s Behavior Intervention Plan or Treatment Plan. Collect, graph, and discuss progress data daily; maintain accurate session notes and documentation. Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA about program updates, materials, and any needed changes. Keep families informed about the child’s daily routine, progress, and observed incidents. Attend all required meetings, trainings, and events scheduled by GBS. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, or active pursuit of one. At least one year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities. RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to pursue certification as required. Experience applying behavior analytic principles to create meaningful, socially significant changes in client behavior. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team. A high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism in all workplace interactions.
