As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will experience a supportive culture that values your input and fosters professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history and performing specific assessments to establish an individualized treatment plan.Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings while adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape. This includes utilizing advanced rehabilitation techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, including baseline evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and comprehensive discharge plans in alignment with federally mandated regulations.Collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members to address changes in patients' conditions, revising treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.Engage in effective communication with coworkers, patients, and their families, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere throughout the treatment process.Attend and actively participate in facility meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance clinic operations and patient services.Patient Population / Client FocusOur Physical Therapists primarily focus on treating orthopedic populations, dealing with sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and other musculoskeletal disorders. This role requires not only a proficiency in physical therapy methodologies but also a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for every patient we serve.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, ensuring that our therapists are equipped with the highest level of education relevant to the field.A valid state license to practice physical therapy is essential, along with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.Preferred ExperienceIdeally, candidates will possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic care, which will enhance the capability to address a wide range of rehabilitation needs.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
