Position Summary

The Industrial Helper supports daily shop and production operations by moving materials, assisting production personnel, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates should have experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar shop environment.

Essential Duties

· Load, unload, stage, and move materials and finished products.

· Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

· Assist with material handling and general production/shop activities.

· Organize materials, tools, and work areas.

· Assist with receiving, stocking, and preparing materials for shipment.

· Remove scrap and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.

· Perform other shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous industrial shop, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar experience.

· Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks strongly preferred.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and material handling knowledge.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Position Details

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
