We are presently accepting resumes for the following position.
Substitute School Nurse or Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

NJ Certificate: School Nurse or Registered Nurse license with Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential

Hold valid CPR/AED and Professional Rescuer Certificates
Willingness to obtain Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential, if applicable
Expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
Knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, wellness education, community health and social service resources, and current health issues
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and the interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, the community, and health and social service agencies
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
Proficiently use technology for data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications

Rate: $43.00/per hour
This is a part-time position which does not include benefits.
