Aerotek is hiring Metal Fabricators with WEEKLY pay!

$18-$20/hr+ Depending on Experience | DAY Shift
Job Description

This is a hands-on position responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in HVAC systems. We are willing to train motivated individuals on our equipment and fabrication processes.
Responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, rollers, and plasma cutting machines.
• Read and interpret basic shop drawings and production specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the shop.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
