What We’re Looking For This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand. Requirements 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction Positive and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters is a huge plus Compensation $30.00 - $40.00 + per hour Qualifications Must be 18 or older Must have a valid driver’s license 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience About Us The Brothers That Just Do Gutters began right here in the Hudson Valley, where we laid the foundation for a company that prioritizes quality, customer service, and employee growth.
