Since 1963, we've built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. We're expanding our installation team and looking for motivated individuals ready to launch a rewarding career in the high-tech, energy-efficient HVAC industry.

No previous HVAC experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will invest in developing your skills from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)

What You'll Do:

Assist with installing residential heating and air conditioning systems
Learn to perform change-outs, ductwork modifications, and equipment upgrades
Help unload and stage equipment and materials
Cut, drill, insulate, and build platforms as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Deliver a positive customer experience on every job

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Basic math and science aptitude
Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
Good mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
Clean appearance and professional attitude
