OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in North Little Rock, AR by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running nationwide freight while based in North Little Rock, AR. You’ll handle long-haul dry-van loads with consistent miles and reliable dispatch support.

What you’ll do:

• Safely operate company dry-van equipment across multi-state routes.
• Complete timely deliveries, maintain accurate logs and inspection records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and follow company safety procedures.

Equipment & pay:

• Modern trucks under three years with APUs, inverters and sleepers plus in-house maintenance.
• Pay starts at 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and safety/inspection/referral bonuses.

Requirements: Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience. Home every two weeks; full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
