Bilingual HR Specialist - Employee Relations & Compliance

Sonoma CAN (Community Action Network) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist, Employee Relations & Compliance, to support positive employee relations and ensure compliance with California labor laws. This role involves helping Spanish-speaking staff, managing employee leaves, conducting investigations, and supporting workplace safety. The Specialist will collaborate with the HR team and contribute to building an inclusive culture. Strong organizational, communication, and HR compliance skills are crucial.
