Phlebotomist w/Testing Float
$19.75 - $27.69 per hourLabcorp
PAML, a Labcorp company, seeks a float phlebotomist for their Kennewick, Washington location to perform blood collections, specimen preparation, and patient services across multiple sites. The role includes venipuncture and capillary draws for all age groups, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Perform moderately complex CLIA-defined testing and specimen preparation
- Enter patient data accurately and process billing information
- Travel to multiple sites as needed and provide customer service
Requirements
- Valid Washington State-issued phlebotomy license or filed application
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- At least 21 years old with clean driving record
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3 or more months phlebotomy experience (preferred)
Compensation: $19.75-$27.69 per hour; float incentive additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
