Joint Training Analyst

Joint Training Analyst – Camp Smith, HI Support the Joint Training and Analysis Branch of United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) J7 by observing, evaluating, and documenting training objectives and outcomes; provide input for reports, databases, and briefing presentations. Responsibilities Facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and training objectives for USPACOM and its subordinate commands. Conduct training assessments of joint functional areas, document outcomes, and ensure inputs to exercise summary reports and databases. Attend USPACOM battle rhythm events and represent J751 equities. Attend planning and training events across the PACOM area of operation, representing Joint Training and Analysis equities. Deliver briefs regarding Joint Training and Analysis equities as required. Assist with filing reports and maintaining lessons‑learned and exercise summary report databases using J751 systems of record. Assist in scheduling video‑teleconferences and venues in support of training events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience; or additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree. Mid‑level to Senior Officer experience. Joint or Service exercise planning experience, preferably including Combatant Command, Component, or Operational headquarters level. Ability to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of joint training. Excellent analysis and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of the Joint Training System. Position requires travel throughout the Pacific region. Required Clearances Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Compensation Target salary range $120,001 – $160,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
