The Evening Dietary Aide will be responsible for quality service of food to patients in any unit of the facility. Responsible for setting up of food and serving of food. - Assists in matting trays, setting tables, and sanitizing equipment.
- Checks menu and using census assists in the preparation of breakfast and dinner meals.
- Works in dish room, breaks down rolling racks.
- Prepares trays accurately according to resident ticket, ensuring appropriate quantities.
- Assists in cleanup after tray line finished.
- Uses daily census as directed.
- Serves on tray line.
- Has knowledge of and can fill in at all diet aide job flows.
- Sets up employee dining room for meals and breaks.
- Works in dish room, washes out trucks.
- Works in dish room, scraps plates.
- Works in dish room, sorts racks of silverware.
