ActionLink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact retail merchandising programs for some of the world's leading brands. Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll lead operational strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver exceptional results through innovative retail displays and merchandising solutions. • Full-Time; 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• $55,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contact and decision-making authority for the execution of client project objectives
• Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the client
• Meet and interface directly with client reps to develop project timelines and ensure an executable process is in place to meet deadlines
• Make strategic and corresponding tactical changes required to achieve program timelines
• Communicate program goals and provide strategic communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysis
• Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed
• Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements
• Adhere to the guidelines of ActionLink's Travel and Expense Policies

Qualifications

• Business account management or related operations experience with direct client interaction required
• Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
• Skilled at collaborating and problem solving with demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements

• Access to quiet work space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and smartphone
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards
• Travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane as needed or requested
