What You'll Do

• Assist in sterilizing and processing surgical instruments and equipment
• Manage inventory levels of supplies, ensuring availability without excess
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions
• Support the daily operations of the sterile processing department
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare instruments for procedures
• Assist in training and developing departmental staff as needed

What You Need

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST (preferred)
  • 2+ years of sterile processing or surgical technology experience (preferred)
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of inventory management and hospital operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and work across multiple facilities
