Academic Program Specialist

Position Overview The Academic Program Specialist provides administrative support and manages a variety of academic and departmental processes for the School of Management. The position reports to the School Director and is responsible for general office duties, internship and recruiting responsibilities, event planning, student support, scholarship assistance, scheduling and coordinating meetings, assisting with faculty meetings, recordkeeping and filing of contracts, and welcoming visitors to the School. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work with all types of people. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Organized in scheduling, record keeping, and filing. Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once. Experience with Datatel. Additional Information Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility. Work hours and physical demands: Not applicable. Supervisory responsibilities: None.
