You demonstrate our values by seeking new ideas, making things happen, showing care for your teammates, being your authentic self, and achieving great things together.Experience and RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required3–5 years of professional experience supporting enterprise WAN, LAN, firewall, and wireless environmentsHands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba wireless solutionsWorking knowledge of MPLS, P2P, SDWAN, VPN, IPSec-VPN, IDS/IPS, and remote access technologiesExperience supporting network monitoring, incident management, and security operationsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented global environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States Desired Qualifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications preferredMicrosoft Azure networking experience and/or Azure Network Architecture certification preferredExperience working within a global organization across multiple geographic regionsUnderstanding of manufacturing industry environments and operational technologiesExperience with wireless surveys, network sniffing, bandwidth monitoring, and advanced network troubleshooting toolsFamiliarity with cloud networking technologies including AWS and AzureExperience supporting IT security compliance initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and security incident responseDemonstrated experience collaborating with third-party vendors and service providersAdditional certifications in cloud networking, firewall administration, or security technologies considered advantageous Ornua is a purpose-driven, values-led co-operative creating value for Irish dairy farming families through our global operations.
