Prevention Specialist

A Prevention Specialist implements programs for youth and communities focused on healthy lifestyles, substance abuse awareness, and enhancing protective factors to prevent high-risk behaviors. Key duties include delivering programs and activities in schools and community settings, providing guidance and support to at-risk youth, reporting on program effectiveness and participant engagement. All specialists will be required to attend training courses for each grant program to gain a full understanding of the curriculum. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Work Location: In person
