What You’ll Do Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Process and follow up on prior authorizations for medications, treatments, and services. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorization information and resolve coverage issues. Ensure authorization requests are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Maintain accurate patient insurance and authorization records. Follow up on pending requests and help prevent delays in patient care. Support the existing team with authorization and insurance-related tasks. Assist approximately 100 patients per week. Serve as a reliable backup resource for the team when additional support is needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on experience with insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations — required. Healthcare administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before they impact patient care. Excellent organization and follow-through. Comfortable communicating with insurance companies and healthcare staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Highly dependable and reliable. Farsi-speaking candidates are highly preferred and can provide additional value by assisting with patient translation.
