About the team
The Specialist II, Systems Project Management leads moderately complex systems-focused projects and enhancements, coordinating across business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. This role plans and executes work that improves end-to-end system performance, data integrity, and user experience, while balancing competing priorities, managing risk, and driving continuous process improvement.

About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of systems projects and enhancements, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and success measures for work of moderate complexity.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across business, engineering, product, and operations partners, ensuring clear requirements, timely decisions, and effective communication of status, risks, and issues.
- Analyze current-state system workflows and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and defects; recommend and prioritize improvements that enhance stability, performance, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable system requirements and use cases, partnering with technical teams on solution design, impact assessment, and implementation trade-offs.
- Monitor project and operational metrics, prepare concise reports and readouts, and use data to drive risk mitigation, escalation, and continuous improvement actions.
- Support change management activities for new or updated system capabilities, including coordinating testing, cutover, documentation, and stakeholder readiness.
- Provide tiered support and issue triage for assigned systems or domains, investigating root causes, coordinating resolution with technical teams, and documenting learnings to prevent recurrence.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $106,600.00 - $170,400.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $101,300.00 - $161,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems project management, technical program management, or a closely related role delivering systems or platform changes in a technology-enabled environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements or integrations, from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
- Experience analyzing system workflows, data flows, or configurations to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Experience using project management practices and tools to manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
