Job Description
Our client, One of the Largest Legal Services Providers , is seeking a Legal Editor to join their team remotely.
\n \nREMOTE (Flexible hours Monday-Friday 40 hours a week)
\n \n3 Month W2 Contract (open to conversion/extension)
\n \nYou will support the client with Legal writing/editing for their AI product, advising the LLM on legal content to support NLP functions.
\n \nJob Details:
\n- \n
- Strong legal research and legal analysis skills in addition to high degree of familiarity with US legal content/documents \n
- Ability to learn quickly and to work in an agile manner, shifting/pivoting to new assignments as needed. \n
- Strong attention to detail. \n
- Must have working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. \n
- Ability to work with multiple software-based tools. \n
- Good written communication skills and the ability to communicate regularly with your Leads and Managers. \n
- Comfortable asking questions. \n
- Capable of providing a large volume of work in accordance with quotas that may be set. \n
- Experience in providing high quality feedback rating analysis as well as additional comments on products being tested. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Must Have: JD and 1-5 years experience \n
- MUST HAVE court room experience \n
- Must be an ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE BAR \n
- Will consider advanced degree plus license to practice \n
- Will consider recently retired licensed attorneys \n
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and ability to learn new software \n
