Financial Operations Specialist (6225)

Bennett Aerospace is seeking Financial Operations Specialist in Arlington, Virginia. This position supports the Resource Oversight team by supporting division wide financial transactions and provides tracking. Position Responsibilities: Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations Position Requirements: Minimum of (1) year of experience in above responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Security Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
