Data Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using DBT and SQL.
- Design and implement data models in Snowflake.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to support reporting needs.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Required Skills:
- Overall experience of 8-10 years
- 4–6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong SQL programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and performance tuning.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
