Job Summary The Vendor Services Coordinator acts as a central hub for our vendor operations. This role is responsible for coordinating vendor quoting, scheduling, and service execution for vegetation management, chain-link installation, and other critical third-party services. The Vendor Services Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales and Project Management) to ensure high-quality service delivery, accurate pricing, and exceptional customer support across multiple markets. The ideal candidates for this role thrives with multitasking, solving puzzles, and builds strong vendor relationships. What You'll Do: Review and validate chain-link and third-party service scopes of work alongside Sales and Project Management developing accurate customer pricing proposals, factoring in permits and service-related costs Drive the lifecycle of vendor quoting, scheduling, and service execution for vegetation management, chain-link installations, and more. Keep a close eye on vendor performance and quality standards to ensure all services align perfectly with customer expectations. Review and approve vendor invoices, proactively resolving any discrepancies. Support capacity and vendor management initiatives by identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with trusted vendors in key markets. Maintain meticulous records of vendor activity, project updates, schedules, invoices, and service documentation. Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams regarding third-party service processes. Assist with internal, customer, and vendor presentations. Participate in process improvement initiatives, pilot programs, and the rollout of new vendors or services. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
