SENIOR ATTORNEY

Acts as an arbitrator for the Florida Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. Arbitrates various condominium, cooperative and homeowners association disputes. Researches/drafts/reviews/amends pleadings, complaints, motions, dismissal orders, consent orders, settlement agreements and memoranda of law. Coordinates with Chief Arbitrator and peers to ensure uniformity in decision making. Responds to consumer and industry inquiries. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. Must be a member of The Florida Bar. Minimum of two years experience in the practice of law, legal research, legal writing, teaching law or in administrative or judicial proceedings. Preference for knowledge of Chapter 718, 719 and 720, Florida Statutes, and/or familiarity with arbitration and mediation techniques and procedures.
