Registered Nurse Delegator (RND)We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) to join our team in a vital leadership and mentorship role. This part-time (5 to 10 hours per week) position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple programs. As an RND, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while coaching, training, and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.Why You'll Love This Role:Be a clinical leader and trusted mentorHelp shape staff success and client outcomesEnjoy flexibility and variety in your workdayTravel locally and connect with diverse programsMake a real difference—every single dayWhat You'll Do:Train and mentor new hires on RN-delegated tasksEnsure compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) and s.N 6.03(3)Observe, evaluate, and document staff competency in RN-delegated tasksConduct simulated and in-person training evaluationsReview and update protocols related to RN DelegationProvide ongoing assessment and coaching to staff in the fieldDemonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with clients who may experience behavioral challengesFoster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvementTravel to programs in Wausau, Westin, Merrill, Appleton, Neenah, KaukaunaWhat We're Looking For:Licensed Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin licensure in good standingAssociate's Degree or higher in NursingExperience in training and/or human services preferredValid Wisconsin driver's license and insured personal vehicleStrong organizational, communication, and coaching skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across departmentsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFlexibility in schedulingSuccessful completion of a caregiver background checkWhy HIL?Homes for Independent Living is Wisconsin's largest provider of customized residential care for adults with disabilities in small, supportive settings.
