The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level support to managers of our restaurant locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:End user support via phone communications.Support MS Windows and Office, Micros and Aloha Point-of-Sale hardware and RES software and proprietary applications.Familiarity with remote control software.Document trouble calls and provide timely responses to issues which requires efficient problem solving skills.Reliability and willingness to work in office and restaurant environment.Identify and escalate cases, if necessary, to the appropriate support group.Job Specifications:Occasionally completing clerical work as well as work to be completed on-site in-restaurant. The Technical Services Analyst will be required to and should be physically capable to perform tasks necessary to support this position.Schedule: Variable depending on needs of business and after-hours "on-call" responsibilities.Candidates should have the following qualifications:Flexible scheduleGood interpersonal skillsExpertise in troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network problemsAbility to grasp business issues and translate to technical terms in course of problem resolutionHigh level of problem solving capabilitiesAccommodating "customer service" natureProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookGood verbal and written communication skillsTeam orientationAt Quality Dining, we believe in serving each guest with pride and enthusiasm.
