Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in auto claims, which gave me firsthand experience helping customers through challenging situations and understanding the importance of having the right protection in place. I’m a graduate of Fordham University and have spent my career focused on building strong relationships and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
