You are eager to learn all aspects of project management, from reviewing plans and specifications to managing change orders, project schedules, budgets, and project closeout activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

In the first 30 days and ongoing: Learn Eleven Western Builders' processes, procedures, software platforms, and project management standards. Assist Project Managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project tracking. Participate in project meetings and collaborate with field and office teams. Review project drawings and specifications to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements. Build positive working relationships with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. By the 90-day mark and ongoing: Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking. Help review and process subcontractor billings, change requests, and project invoices. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues. Assist with maintaining project logs and documentation. Within the 6th to 9th-month mark and ongoing: Take a more active role in managing project activities and technical coordination. Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation with limited oversight. Support quality control efforts and help ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Coordinate with design professionals, subcontractors, and field personnel to resolve project challenges. By the 12th month mark and ongoing: Serve as a key support resource to the Project Management team on multiple projects. Independently manage assigned project responsibilities while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Contribute to successful project delivery through proactive communication, organization, and problem-solving. Assist with project closeout activities and final documentation requirements.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1-3 years of construction industry experience. Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans. Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination. Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
