Overview

Catholic Health is seeking an experienced Lead Performance Improvement, Education & OASIS Coordinator (RN) to support agency-wide quality improvement, clinical education, regulatory compliance, and OASIS integrity within our home care division.


Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Oversee OASIS documentation accuracy and ICD-10 coding compliance
• Analyze quality metrics including OBQI/OBQM, HHCAHPS, infection surveillance, and clinical documentation trends
• Educate and support clinical staff through orientation, training, and ongoing education
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational performance
• Support Joint Commission, CMS, and New York State compliance readiness

Qualifications

• Current RN license and registration required
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of CHHA/Home Care experience
• OASIS Certification required or in progress
• Proficiency in Allscripts and Microsoft Office applications

Posted Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
